Make the GOES 8 satellite data available online and in real-time for
private use via the Internet and public for the RAC affiliates.

Define projects with affiliates and establish communication with them on
a weekly basis.

Incorporate Thesis topics into the projects. These
affiliates will originally be: Metro Dade Police Department, Biscayne
National park, Everglades National park.

Determine the needs of satellite data for utilities that have shown
interest in being affiliates.
•
Create a Newsletter and distribute it to the affiliates.
•
Write proposals to fund the purchase of more satellite antennas.
